We collect information you provide directly including your email address, property details, hospitality preferences, and local recommendations you enter into the training hub. We also collect usage data including replies generated, features used, and session information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to generate personalized AI replies through Emi, improve the product, send transactional emails about your account, and notify you of important updates. We do not use your data to train general AI models or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely on Lovable's cloud infrastructure. Training data you provide is stored in your account and used solely to personalize your Emi experience. Lovable's infrastructure is subject to their own security and data protection standards.
4. Third Party Services
Better Host AI uses the following third party services to operate: Anthropic for AI reply generation, Lovable for cloud infrastructure and data storage, Stripe for payment processing, and Resend for transactional email. Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing their use of data.
5. Anthropic and AI Processing
Guest messages you paste into the reply workspace are sent to Anthropic's API to generate replies. By using Better Host AI you acknowledge that guest message content is processed by Anthropic subject to their privacy policy and terms of service. Do not paste personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary for the reply.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at johnbenke38@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
8. Children's Privacy
Better Host AI is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
