1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Better Host AI you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree do not use the product.
2. Description of Service
Better Host AI provides an AI-powered guest communication assistant called Emi that helps short-term rental hosts draft replies to guest inquiries. Emi generates suggested replies based on training data you provide. All replies are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and sending any communication to your guests.
3. Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all communications sent to your guests. Better Host AI generates drafts for your review. We are not responsible for any reply you choose to send. You agree to review every Emi-generated reply before sending it. You are responsible for ensuring your communications comply with Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and any other platform's terms of service.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Better Host AI does not guarantee any specific booking outcomes, revenue results, or guest responses. Emi's replies are designed to improve communication quality but results will vary based on your property, market, and individual guest interactions.
5. Data and Training Information
You own all training data you provide including property descriptions, local recommendations, and hospitality preferences. By providing this data you grant Better Host AI a limited license to use it solely for generating your personalized replies. We do not sell your data to third parties.
6. Subscription and Billing
Better Host AI is offered on a monthly subscription basis at $29 per month following a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
7. Beta Access
Certain users may receive complimentary access as beta testers. Beta access is provided at our sole discretion and may be modified or revoked at any time. Beta users agree to provide honest feedback about their experience.
8. Limitation of Liability
Better Host AI and its founders are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product including but not limited to lost bookings, guest disputes, platform violations, or revenue loss. Your use of Emi's suggested replies is entirely at your own discretion and risk.
9. Intellectual Property
The Better Host AI platform, Emi persona, and all associated technology are the intellectual property of Better Host AI. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of the platform.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or engage in any activity that damages other users or the service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
